With over 25 years experience as an Occupational Therapist, I have extensive knowledge of the impact chronic health conditions, disabilities and the ageing process can have on function and quality of life. Private classes enable people to participate in a regular yoga practice and experience the many health benefits of breathing, gentle and safe stretching and relaxation. Each class is gentle and nurturing and designed to meet the needs of the individual. Where needed, we use yoga props including yoga blocks, straps, bolsters, knee padding. Some poses can even be done while seated in a supportive chair. All equipment is supplied for these classes.
